Horse Breeding

CHRISLAR FARM has bred, foaled, raised, trained and sold offspring from our Morgan Breeding Mares & Champion Morgan Breeding Stallion, “Beams Nighthawk.” We have had many Morgan stallions owned by the Farm, and client owned who we provided breeding and training services to over the years: “Paramount Imperial”, “Wisperwin Nocturne”, “Westenfeld Donfield”, “Windy Hill Maestro”, “Saddleback Skipton”, “Wicked Wild” & most recently “Overdue Opportunity”.

Recent Stallion: “Overdue Opportunity” (Regal Charade x Stonecroft Lady Day) continues to be used at stud & currently resides at a breeding farm in VT where he has 5 mares confirmed & due to foal in 2021. Contact us about interest in breeding to this nice stallion.

Recent Mares: Mares bred via semen transport, include Chrislar’s mare “HDP Aurora” (by Astronomicalee) who was sold bred to “Overdue Opportunity & produced a gorgeous colt in 2020, “Owlwood Wrecking Ball”.

“Dantree Answer The Call” sold to a Chrislar client opening a breeding facility was bred to “Centerpiece” via semen transport at Chrislar Farm. The breeding produced “FMS Epicenter”, a gorgeous & talented filly in 2017.

The Same client purchased Chrislar’s “Pondview Aurora” bred to “Gladgay’s Excalibur” producing a quality colt in 2018 “FMS Brothers Grimm”. “Pondview Aurora” bred to “Aljaks Seeing Double” produced “FMS Seeing Blue” another nice colt in 2019. “Pondview Aurora” is again due to foal in 2021 bred to “LCS Pepperjack” (x Peppertime).

Sire is PRIVILEGE x Dam CBMF SOLO ACT.

Shelly's “CBMF Solo Act” was sold to a Client and had her first foal, a colt on June 22nd, 2021
here at Chrislar Farm. She was bred to “Canon” (via semen transport).
